Canapes

1.          Haggis balls served with whiskey dipping sauce
2.          Grilled asparagus wrapped in bacon     
3.          Baby tomatoes stuffed with basil mascarpone cheese

Starter
1.          Salmon and prawn timbale served with lemon & dill sauce
2.          Red pepper soup and cream swirl and croutons


Main meal
1.          Roast chicken breast stuffed with spinach cream cheese served with a light tarragon sauce
2.          Roast sirloin of prime scotch beef served with Yorkshire pudding and pan gravy with chefs vegetables and potatoes


Trio of sweets
1.          Mini raspberry pavolva
2.          Lemon and lime zest cake
3.          Individual crème brulees
